The pupils and teachers of the Primary School "Ivan
Goran Kovacic"
believe no barrier should separate us from the best education… neither
geography nor social or economic status nor ethnic heritage may be used
to prevent us from the opportunity to achieve understanding, tolerance,
quality communication, joy of learning, values of friendship, solidarity,
compassion, empathy, honesty… these are our needs and tools for building
self-esteem, responsibility and local and international connections.
Our teachers are committed to instructional excellence and
we, the students, support their aspirations to give each of us a quality
education during the crucial years of our childhood.
IGK STAGE is one of the results of these commitments.

Our teachers strive to provide everyone of us with a quality education
so they focus on providing a positive environment which meets our individual
needs.
They help us to define our values and goals and teach us to respect ourselves
and the rights of others.

that is motivating to our learning. They try to make us independent learners
as much as possible. We are encouraged to develop all of our skills. Each
student in our school can have educational experiences that will promote
our intellectual, social and emotional growth.
IGK teachers are an innovative group of educators, they have
a vision and they want to meet us in the future and see what we have achieved
in life.
They encourage us to meet the challenges of this competitive, technological
and multicultural, and very soon, global society. We are offered powerful
learning opportunities on daily basis because the IGK teachers help us
to use research strategies in our learning.
